FENNEL, SHALLOT, & LEMON SALAD DRESSING

Jewels’ fantastic fish marinade (The Family Chef) is one of my favorite recipes.  It is excellent with fish, mixed into quinoa or rice, & can be turned into a refreshing salad dressing.  
INGREDIENTS (Yield ¼ cup)                   
1-2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
Lemon juice
1 Tbsp
White wine vinegar
2 tsp
Olive oil

PREPARATION
1.  Whisk everything together & use on salad. 

 Enjoy!
